Broken & Needs to be fixed! Useless, basically ripped me off!

Bought it because I have a disability, and needed assistance with my course textbooks. Worst decision ever!
Only worked for first week. Now its trash.
Continually crashes, books wont back up on iCloud, or stay on iPad after sync with laptop.
Terrible, I want my money back!
