One man show is a no good

I purchased this app so I could listen to my iBooks and not have to read them. After I paid $10 for the app and over a week later I still have not been able to use it because I cannot figure out how to get my iBooks to be read using the app. I contacted tech support only to receive an email back that it is a one-man show that created this app a father of two a husband, etc. and if somebody had issues or questions they should listen to their app manual.
If I am going to pay $10 for a app I better have tech-support that will give me better answers. So far this app is useless and I would not suggest it to any friends or family. If I dont receive an email back before the end of this week I will put it on my social media pages exactly what I think of the app. #hirehelp
