Good, but...........

Good app, that could be great if issues with ignoring reading unwanted headers and footers could finally be fixed... The developer claims latest release resolves this problem.. but I have not found that to be the case in my recent experience in updating to their latest release...
I followed all their instructions exactly as they specified regarding headers and footers in PDF files, but voice dream still continues to read them. I have tried every combination and permutation of settings and no matter what I do it still wont ignore headers and footers when reading PDF files! Quite frustrating as it is not fixed as you claim... Please help!!
