Brilliant aid for anyone with ADHD (me). Read along as you listen and comprehension and retention are greatly improved. It can even help with improving 2nd language skills — I listen and read some documents in French which is improving my comprehension of spoken French, improving my pronunciation of French and improving my reading comprehension.
